TYPE is an entirely new workspace concept. We are the type to offer the very best space, amenity, service and value for professional working.

Our type of place is Canary Wharf at the recently refurbished Sierra Quebec Bravo building, we operate 45,000 sq ft of premium space over three floors. Enough for up to 850 different types of people.

Our sole specialisation is the working needs of all types of SMEs, with teams of 1-100 people, in the business services sector. We focus on ensuring that day-to-day working is seamlessly efficient and friction-free.

TYPE delivers a working experience that advances professional achievement in a welcoming environment that supports personal growth.


Types of working

Membership Need a place to work on occasion? Somewhere to check your emails, do a video call…or just take 5? Our MEMBERSHIP TYPE’s can use the open work spaces on the Ground and Seventh floors during business hours Monday to Friday. You’ll be on a rolling month to month contract, so there’s no long term commitment if your circumstances change. We’d love it if you stay with us longer without PRIVATE CO-WORKING OR PRIVATE OFFICE TYPE’s…but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

Co-working You’re looking for a 24/7/365 solution, but you’re a lone person band or a small team. You want to work in a private office with people just like you. No problem! Our CO-WORKING TYPE’s have unlimited access to a shared and private office. Whenever you need it. Want to work at 3:00am on an Sunday morning? Come on in. You’ll have your own security access to the building, your office, as well as your own dedicated desk and secure storage (we do provide you with a chair too!). Our CO-WORKING TYPE’s typically stay with us on 12 month terms, which is renewable at the back end of your stay. If you need your own office during the term then we’ll help you to upgrade with no penalties during your term. Great right? What’s not to like?

Our PRIVATE OFFICE TYPE’s typically stay with us on 12 month terms, which is renewable at the back end of your stay. If your space needs change during the term then we’ll work with you to upgrade with no penalties during your term. Meeting Rooms

Our 5 meeting rooms are available, from 1 hour to 1 month. Catering for your booking is also easily arranged. Each room is airconditioned and comes with a large screen display as well as video capability for your online meetings.

Hot Desking

Available during business hours Monday to Friday. On rolling monthly terms and a great price, this is a wonderful place to start your day.

High Speed Wi-Fi

We have a robust Ruckus Wi-Fi network throughout the building to keep all your devices connected. Need an Internet connection with real power? No problem. We can provide boutique solutions to meet your company’s security and bandwidth needs. With a fail-safe back-up line and dark fibre connectivity we have you covered. If this all sounds like gobbledegook…please speak with your IT team or us! We’re nerdy about IT.

Break Out Spaces

You won’t want for more open work and community spaces outside of your office. We have dedicated spaces on all floors for you to use when you want to. All spaces have power and USB ports. Soft seating as well as chairs and café tables.

Telephone Booths

Acoustic telephone booths on our floors for you to use at any time. We have loads…we mean LOADS. Well-lit with comfortable seating, power and USB charging points. Zoom away! Oh…they’re free to use!

Mail Handling

Your mail will be delivered to your office every day! Can’t argue with that!

GYM

Are you the TYPE to work out? GREAT! Our onsite gym is complimentary to all our clients. Regular classes will be published by our team for beginners through to Tough Mudder’s!

Showers

Shower facilities are available in the building. 10 in total. Whether you’ve jogged into work or out for the evening, you can freshen up as you need. Hair dryers are available too!

Generous cycle parking provided in the building car park. We also have electric charging points!

In his spare-time he is a keen cultivator of ferns (honestly he is!), domestic God and semi-professional doodler (no…we don’t know what this is either).
